Free shipping on all UK orders
All orders are sent using a tracked or tracked & signed for service.
You will receive your tracking number on the confirmation of your parcel being posted. If you don’t receive it please get in touch.
This service ensures that the item reaches you & greatly reduces the risks of it getting lost in transit.

International orders are sent using the Tracked International Service via Royal Mail.
An additional £15 charge is applied at checkout.
You can expect your international order delivered within 7-10 working days unless your order is held at customs, in many cases your order will arrive earlier than expected.
Pothies cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of dispatch to aid customs clearance. If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Pothies Gift Cards can be exchanged for the product specified on the Gift Card (Cosymajig, Pothies Boots, Pothies Loopy Boots, Pothies Slippers, or a Sgwishi) online at pothies.co.uk. The Gift Card may only be used for full payment (not part) of the GB pounds sterling cost of the specific product and no change will be given. Gift Cards can be upgraded in order to purchase a product of a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. This upgrade cannot be transacted on the website so please make contact by email to arrange payment of the difference and receive an upgraded gift card value specific to the product you would like. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash. Promotional offers may not apply to Gift Card purchases.
Made to order products
Made to order products may take 1-3 weeks for production, it is often sooner but in busy times please allow for the full 3 weeks. If you need your order for a specific date or special occasion please email me.
General Returns policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we have inspected the item, we’ll refund the price you paid, back to your original payment method.
Your returned item must have its original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
All returns must be made by the original customer.
We do our best to accept all returns, however, should an item be in an unsuitable condition for resale, we may have to send it back to you.
Every product we send is carefully quality checked. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item we will provide you with a full refund minus postage costs. In order to be eligible for your refund, we will need to be provided with photographic evidence of the damage and we will require you to post the item back to us.
Made to Order Returns policy
As our made to order products are made especially for you these products are non refundable. Should your product be faulty please return it to us and we will investigate the damage.
You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please post all returns to the following address below:
